This flexible graphic system shows the effects of the climate change on different trees. The more the tree rings are swinging, the more affected is the tree by the climate change. The first and third ring are always geometrical to give visual stability. The second and fourth rings have to be adopted after different environmental factors like heat, drought, winds, floods etc. Phase 1 of the system is the current state. Phase 2 is the estimated system in 50 years.
Dieses flexible grafische System zeigt die Auswirkungen des Klimawandels auf verschiedene Bäume. Je stärker sich die Baumringe verformen, desto stärker ist der Baum vom Klimawandel betroffen. Der erste und dritte Ring sind stets geometrisch, um visuelle Stabilität zu gewährleisten. Der zweite und vierte Ring hingegen müssen an verschiedene Umweltfaktoren wie Hitze, Dürre, Winde, Überschwemmungen usw. angepasst werden.
Phase 1 des Systems zeigt den aktuellen Zustand. Phase 2 stellt die prognostizierte Situation in 50 Jahren dar.
